DURHAM GEO MBP Bladder Pumps
Ideal For Purging and Low-Flow Sampling Large and Small Diameter Wells and Piezometers These pumps are capable of providing truly representative samples using the “Low Flow” sampling technique a process where dedicated equipment is used to retrieve samples without performing conventional multiple well volume purging prior to sampling. The low fluid volume per stroke minimizes turbidity concerns.
Specifications: Pumps feature Type 304 stainless steel construction and a special, flexible Teflon® bladder that permits very low flow sampling rates from a few feet to more than 200' deep in wells and piezometers as small as ¾" in size. The sample entry ports are dual screened and allow for easy point sampling in the water column. Economically priced pump and tubing make dedicated systems feasible. When used with the Precision Dual-Range Controller, pumps will move from 5mL to nearly 2L per minute. Precision electronic timing from 1–10 sec. for the air and exhaust, plus independent dual pressure regulators for exact control of the air pressure to the pump. Internal power source supplies 36 hours of continuous use. |
