Omni Tip™ System
 Virtually Maintenance-FreeEliminate sample loss and cross contamination. Tips are reusable and autoclavable, but economical enough to be disposable--less than 1% of the cost of stainless steel probes.
Specifications: Lightweight, ergonomic design allows hand-held or post-mounted operation. Quarter-turn bayonet probe mounting allows fast release. Homogenizer System processes volumes of 250µL–20mL. Runs quietly at less than 72dB. System includes a 125W motor that runs at 5000–35,000 rpm, tip adaptor, 12 hard or soft tips, accessory case with drawer storage, tool kit and manual. Clear plastic Tissue Tips, either soft tissue (deaggregation) or hard tissue (frozen), can be reused or disposed of after one use. Disposal makes the System virtually maintenance-free, eliminating the disassembly required with traditional stainless steel. Tips resist weak acids, chlorides, hypochlorites and other chemicals and can be autoclaved up to seven times, but are not recommended for extended use with common PCR reagents such as phenol or guanidine-based
