Metallurgical Microscopes work well for a variety of industrial and metallurgical jobs, from high-level inspection of integrated circuits, wafers and other electronic components to metals, polymers, paints, textiles and many other opaque samples. Microscopes feature vivid infinity-corrected optics and plan-achromatic long working distance objectives for 4, 10, 20 and 40X viewing.
Instruments include 10X high-eyepoint eyepieces, ergonomic focusing controls, mechanical stage control, polarized light functions and high-intensity 30W halogen reflected illumination. Each 110V unit has a five-year manufacturer warranty. Choose from two illumination styles.
