Specifications: Choose the mixer that meets your requirements. Model 107 has a non-sparking (but not explosion proof), shaded pole, brushless motor. Mixing capacity is approx. 50 gal. of water. On-off switch is ideal for batch mixing. Constant speed. Includes collet chuck plus supporting rod with wrench and carriage bolt. Not recommended for high-viscosity materials. Model 107SC is great for use with fume hoods and convenient for counter top or shelf. Permanently wired to electronic Adjusta-Speed controller. Electronic speed control is remotely attached by 42" cord. Includes collet chuck plus supporting rod with wrench and carriage bolt. Model 134-2 is equipped with Transi-Stir speed control. Choose direct drive or reduction gear drive shafts for use over a range of speeds and torques. Direct drive is ideal for high speed mixing of low viscosity liquids. 10:1 reduction gear is great for lower speed stirring of more viscous oils, light grease, gels or glue that require a higher torque. Use the 60:1 reduction gear for increased torque. Includes adjustable Jacobs-style chuck and collet chuck. Model 138 is one of the most powerful lab stirrers available and ideal for higher viscous materials and more torque than Model 134. Dual shaft stirrer with direct drive or reduction gear. Includes a permanent magnet, high-output motor, supporting rod with wrench, carriage bolt for mounting, adjustable Jacobs chuck and collet chuck. Model Nos. 134-2 and 138 produce constant torque over the entire speed range while maintaining speed to ±2% even under changing load or viscosity. Heavy-Duty Support Stand is stainless steel and accommodates vessels up to 18" dia. 5/8"-dia. stainless steel support rod. Ultra Clamp fits all shafts from ¼–1" dia. Strong aluminum alloy with large, easy-to-grip knobs. Rods supported on 4"L surface to avoid vibration and wobble. Propeller Paddles are made from 303/304 stainless steel and suitable for stirring many types of liquids. Blades are mounted on a stainless steel shaft. Available with Teflon® coating. Will work with other brands of mixers. Beater Paddles are recommended for heavy-duty, slow-speed motors (Models 138 and 134). Stainless steel available with or without Teflon.
