Tailor your system to meet your individual mixing needs. Start with the solid-state speed controller, then add one each of three components-a mixing head to meet your speed and torque requirements, shaft and propeller depending on your vessel and fluid.
Specifications: The Speed Controller's forward/off/reverse switch works independently of the speed control dial, letting you repeat settings from one run to the next. Maintains motor speed within 10 pct despite changes in line power or torque load-critical for materials that change viscosity during mixing. Six-foot long, three-wire connector cord keeps electronics away from hazardous spills or splashes. 3-3/16 in H x 7 in W x 4-7/8 in D. A 1-1/5 hp PMDC gear motor drives No. 53413. Maximum torque is 70 in-oz. with Jacobs-type chuck. No. 53414 uses a 1/10 hp PMDC motor. Maximum torque is 45 in-oz. Through-shaft design allows positioning of propeller without moving the mixer head. Both motors accept only 3/8 in diameter shafts. Mount one or more of the three-bladed Propellers to shaft for thorough agitation.
