IKA Overhead Mixer has a stirring motor with a constant power drive. Stir up to 20L of water and solutions with a maximum viscosity of 10,000 cps. Two digital displays show universal speed ranges of 60–2000 rpm. Works with push-through stirring elements. 115V. Use Boss Head Clamp or Strap Clamp to secure the motor to the shaft and prevent vessels from slipping or rotating during mixing.
The stainless steel Propeller Stirrer has four blades to pull the liquid from the top to the bottom of the vessel. Local shearing forces. Generates axial flow within the vessel. Use from medium to high speed.
