Specifications: Double-wall construction has a corrosion-resistant stainless steel interior on Mechanical units and aluminum interior on Gravity units, 1 in of silica-based insulation, and enameled steel exterior. Oven temperature is controlled by a bimetallic thermostat with indicating pilot light to 210 deg C. A thermometer (not included) mounts in a vent in oven top on gravity models; mechanical models include an LED readout. Pre-set hi-limit safety thermostat is standard. One-door ovens include one fixed and two adjustable shelves. No. 22894 is a two-door model with two adjustable and two fixed shelves and 20-amp plug. 50/60 Hz, 120V.
