Specifications: Large 1-1/2 x 2" triple display shows time remaining to zero, probe temperature and temperature alarm setting. Two distinctive alarms signal time and temperature. Features adjustable viewing angle and fold-back display panel with back magnets for vertical mounting. Includes 8-1/2"L probe, 42"L oven-tolerant metal cable and an individually serial numbered Traceable® Certificate provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. This indicates traceability to standards provided by NIST.
