Even highly volatile liquids will boil gently and efficiently with these ultra-pure, virgin PTFE chips. Ideal for continuous extraction methods. Minimize "bumping" during reflux and distillation. Used with "slow dry" concentration tubes.
Specifications: Resistant to almost all chemicals. Not affected by boiling acids, hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, alcohols or alkalies. No trace of face acidity or alkalinity. Won't scratch or abrade glass. Leaves no powdery residue. Usable up to 550°F (288°C).
