Design makes dispensing easy and accurate while preventing loss of valuable reagents.
Specifications: Calibration is automatic. Accuracy is ±0.7 pct; reproducibility is ±0.1 pct. Fully autoclavable to 121^oC. Closed circuit air purging system eliminates air and bubbles from dispenser without loss of reagent. A turn of the operations selector activates a guard valve to prevent dripping and accidental discharge when dispenser is not in use--no need for discharge tube caps. Integrated swivel neck allows discharge tube to turn a full 360^o. Patented direct displacement Teflon® piston fully displaces reagent with each stroke. For added safety, the dispensing cylinder has a transparent plastic coating. A locking rocker switch and sprocket guide make volume adjustments quick, accurate and easy. Excellent compatibility--suitable for most reagents (except HF). Nos. 53196, 53197 and 53198 come with 24, 28, 38 and 45mm adapters. Nos. 53199, 53200 and 53201 come with 28, 33 and 38mm adapters. Bottles must be ordered separately.
