Ideal for Mixing and Storing Culture Media

Widely used for mixing and storage of culture media. Easy to clean and pour with large opening and sloping shoulders.
Specifications: Bottles are made of clear borosilicate glass (meets USP Type I standards), which has low alkali content to help prevent changes in pH and maintain purity of contents. Use a Rubber-Lined Phenolic Cap for mixing and storage of cultured media, a Polyethylene-Lined Phenolic Cap when working with analytical standards, reagents and distilled water. Teflon-Faced®, Rubber-Lined Phenolic caps are appropriate for mixing and storage of culture media and the Teflon liners are inert to most chemicals. Polyethylene-Lined caps are not autoclavable. Bottles and rubber-lined caps are autoclavable.
