FreeZone Freeze Dry Systems: 1/4 hp CFC-free refrigeration systems ensure fast, environmentally-safe cooling to -50°C. Both feature automatic or manual start-up, contain a stainless steel collector and have a retractable 9" condensate drain hose for hot water defrost. LCD shows system vacuum in mBar, Pa or Torr, collector temperature (°C or °F) and alarm messages. Easy-to-follow instructions printed on right-hand side. Include 3/4" OD vacuum connector, 3 feet of 3/4" ID vacuum hose, two clamps and an 8'L three-wire cord with 20A plug. 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase, 7A. No. 133811 removes 1L of water in 24 hours and holds 1L of ice before defrosting. No. 133812 removes up to 2L of water in 24 hours and holds 2.5L of ice before defrosting.
Note: 115V, 60 Hz 90L/min. vacuum pump, drying chamber and flasks are required for operation (sold separately).
Vacuum Pump for FreeZone Dryers: Two-stage, rotary vane pump has on/off switch, inlet and outlet ports, mode selector (high vacuum or high throughput), gas-ballast control and thermal overload device with automatic reset. Displaces 117L/min. Single-phase electric motor is totally enclosed. Cast-aluminum casing. Pump is mounted on a base plate on rubber feet with power cord. Comes with 1L bottle of vacuum pump oil, two inlet adaptors (1/2" and 3/4" OD). 115V, 50 - 60 Hz. 4.6A.
Fast-Freeze® Flasks: Designed to be easier to handle, faster to load and more convenient to use than other freeze dry glassware. Compatible with all major brands of freeze dry equipment. Complete Fast-Freeze Flask includes rubber top, glass bottom and a supply of filter paper. Stainless Steel Adaptors are required to attach flask to freeze dry valve ports.
