Specifications: Burets and Self-Zeroing Burets have a durable acrylic body with a leakproof polymethylpentene stopcock and tip. Self-lubricating TeflonŽ TFE plug. Self-Zeroing Burets also include 3' of Nalgene 380 clear PVC tubing and LDPE squeeze bottle with polypropylene closure. Burets are unaffected by dilute mineral acids and bases (except hydrofluoric acid and ammonium hydroxide). pH range 1–14; up to 5% wt./wt. of acid or 30% wt./wt. bases can be used. NOT designed for use with alcohol and organic solvents. Individually calibrated to meet ASTM E287 accuracy requirements. Self-Zeroing Buret Kit is an easy, economical way to make any plastic or glass 25mL or 50mL buret self-zeroing without funneling or wasteful spills. Includes 1000mL LDPE bottle, 4' of clear PVC tubing, adjustable polypropylene fill tube, adaptor and extra closure without tubing hole so you can store or transport titrants.
