California Pacific Lab Safety Ecological Funnels

Solve the open waste container problem in your lab! The Safety ECO Funnel is a key safety item designed to reduce your exposure to hazardous waste and to prevent toxic chemical evaporation.
Specifications: Safety Ecological Funnel is made of chemically-resistant, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and have an 11"L stem that effectively reduces chemical evaporation. Connect to your 1/16"-dia. high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) waste line or pour solvent waste directly into a Safety Funnel. A built-in air tube vent releases pressure and allows solvent waste to flow quickly during disposal. Funnels also feature positive latch, lid gasket and industrial-strength screw cap. Funnels are available in 4", 5" or 8" dia., with 250mL, 550mL and 1750mL capacities. The 5"-dia. Funnels (Nos. 78218 and 78219) feature a shut-off that rotates against the blue screw cap to seal the bottle completely. Safety Ecological Funnels are intended for temporary collection and storage of solvent waste as defined by OSHA guidelines. Safety Ecological Systems consist of one Safety Funnel; one bottle, carboy or can; and one Secondary Container with Base. Safety Ecological Funnel for Justrite Systems does not include a secondary container. Secondary Containers hold entire contents of funnel and waste container in case of a spill. Base holds container in a snug position to prevent tip overs.
