All Meters use Battery Error Prevention System technology which automatically shuts off the instrument when the battery is too low—ensuring valid readings. No. 155916 is ideal for fundamental pH measurements. No. 155917 has the added benefit of measuring mV to make it easy-to-use with ORP electrodes (sold separately). The resolution switches automatically from 0.1 to 1 mV when the reading exceeds 700 mV. No. 155918 uses Calibration Check™ technology to monitor the pH bulb and reference junction of the electrode each time the instrument is calibrated. Calibration is performed automatically at one or two points with five standard buffers and two custom buffers. Each Meter comes with a gel-filled pH electrode (double junction, PEI body, BNC connector with 3.3'L cable), a stainless steel temperature probe with 3.3'L cable, inductive recharger with power adaptor, 100mL plastic beaker, buffer solutions, four AAA batteries, instruction manual and carrying case. 20mL pH Buffer Kit contains sixty 20mL packets, 20 each of pH Buffer 4.0, 7.0 and 10.0. 500mL Buffer Kit contains three 500mL bottles, one each of pH Buffer 4.0, 7.0 and 10.0.
