JUSTRITE® Self-Closing Funnels

JUSTRITE Self-Closing Funnels are made with heavy, 18-ga. terne plate steel and have a wide, 10-3/4" mouth. The funnel's hinged covers reduce the spread of hazardous vapors. Flame-arresting brass tube fits standard 2" bung. In case of ignition, fusible link melts at 165°F and snaps lid closed.
•No. 9420 has a solid 33" tube, angled for better use with highly viscous liquids.
•No. 9419 has a 32" standard flame-arresting tube.
• Use Nos. 7605 (red) and 11344 (yellow) both with a 6" flame-arresting tube to prevent use of the same funnel on noncompatible wastes.
•Tip-Over Protection Kit includes a self-closing 2" bung adaptor that mounts between funnel base and flame arrestor. Adaptor has an integral self-closing ball valve to prevent spillage if the drum is accidentally tipped over. Kit also includes a drum vent with 3/4" bung adaptor.
•Mini-Drum Safety Funnel has a 4-1/2" mouth for fast pouring. Hinged cover reduces vapor spread. Durable steel funnel with red, powder-coat finish is easy to identify. Includes 2" NPT connecting fitting and 1" stainless steel flame arrestor for extra safety.
•Self-adhesive vinyl Funnel ID Labels make funnels instantly recognizable, help avoid dangerous cross-contamination and safeguard workers. 2"W x 4"L.
