Cabinet holds two of each key so the original always remains secured in the cabinet. Use the red octagonal tag with the original key-this key is never loaned out. It is kept in the cabinet so duplicates may be made if necessary. Use the white oval tag for duplicate keys. These duplicates are the keys to be loaned or issued to employees.
