Specifications:Two-hour fire-rated walls comply with UL Classification U425. Walls constructed of 2" x 4" galvanized steel studs, sheathed with two layers of 5/8" type X gypsum board. Epoxy-coated steel spill containment sump. Surpasses EPA 40 CFR requirements. Integral steel channel foundation allows immediate placement by forklift or crane. Requires no secondary foundation, only a level surface capable of supporting the weight. Standard features: 1-1/2-hour fire-rated automatic-closing fire doors, vent louvers, static grounding/bonding system, hazard labeling and weather-resistant construction. 60" double-wide door.

Options: Value Packages A, B, C and D for convenient ordering. Package A provides an electrically equipped building for applications that require lighting and forced ventilation. PackageB adds fire protection system as recommended for storage of flammable or combustible materials or for indoor building placement. Package C adds heating, ventilation and air conditioning plus insulation with an R-11 thermal rating for areas where comfort, chemical stability or freeze protection are needed. Package D provides an explosion-resistant building suitable for storing Class IA and/or dispensing Class IB flammable liquids. Individual options including an extra door, forced ventilation; heating and air conditioning system; interior lighting system; exterior light; fire protection systems (ABC automatic dry chemical extinguisher, water sprinkler, fire department connection); explosion-relief panels; loading ramp and more are also available.
