Innovative beam design features a column-shaped Safety-Wedge™ stud and a teardrop keyhole to increase rigidity and reduce stress at the connection. Combination of narrow keyholes and offset rectangular holes along each column give unit greater cross-sectional strength. High-strength steel columns have a 55,000-psi minimum yield strength. Frames and Beams are coated with a hard, baked enamel for optimum corrosion resistance and a durable scratch-resistant surface. Beams adjust on 2" centers. Bolted frame style reduces transit damage and increases modularity. Column Protectors help protect racking from impact damage. No. 76551 mounts directly to Upright Frame while No. 135120 can be bolted to the floor as well. Row Spacers connect and space two rows of back-to-back racking for added stability. Cross Bars prevent misplaced or undersized pallets from falling through racks. Use wall-mount Rigid Wall Brackets for maximum stability. Made in the USA. Beam lengths exceeding 90" require the use of Wire Mesh Decking or one Cross Bar per level. Wire Mesh Decking is made of galvanized 2" x 4", 4-ga. wire mesh with a 1" waterfall and inverted channels with a 1-5/8" step.
