Complete Laser Protection that Maximizes Visible Light Transmission--Now with Additional Filters

GPT Glendale laser filters protect against virtually every popular laser in use today with this complete line of polymer and glass eyewear. These filters provide high optical density (OD) protection levels while at the same time maximize visible light transmission. To simplify compliance, lenses are color coded and stamped with OD values and wavelength ranges of protection. The built-in Audio-Visual Alert System (AVAS) warns wearers of laser beam impact with an audible clicking noise and darkening of the filter when impacted by higher powered laser beams.
Specifications: The updated Millennia™ Spectacle features contemporary wraparound styling. The one-piece polycarbonate lens provides temple-to-temple protection. The frame keeps laser beams from entering the eye orbital area from above and from the sides. The wearer has wide-angle view without distortion. Frame conforms to almost any facial configuration for a comfortable fit. For added security, a detachable retainer easily attaches to the temple ends for use in active or very warm work environments. The Goggle has a soft, vinyl body that conforms snugly to the face for an effective protective seal. One-piece, wide-angle lens for excellent peripheral vision. The wearer is virtually in a cocoon shielded from laser beam radiation, splash or flying particles. Four capped air vents allow ventilation, but prevent diffused or reflected laser beams from entering. Roomy enough to be worn over prescription glasses. Over-the-Glasses Style fits over most prescription glasses with sliding adjustable temple for secure fit. Frames are available in black only.
