Specifications: Outerwear is constructed with a wind- and water-resistant, 100% nylon oxford shell, has light insulation and features a hand pocket on each side. 3M ScotchliteŽ reflective stripes add visibility. Jacket has a zippered front with hook-and-loop storm flap, hook-and-loop closures on wrists and an elastic adjustment at the hem for a personal fit. Vest has a zippered front.
