Specifications: AirBoss Plus Evolution SCBAs are reliable, durable and comfortable. Ergonomic, lightweight single-piece backplate and harness suspension system for less stress on back and shoulders. AirBoss Plus PSS100 SCBAs contain a two-piece, three-position adjustable backplate. Padded waistbelt pivots for unrestricted movement. SCBA rests on hips. All SCBAs include the Sentinel II, a comfort pad and a quick-release coupling. The Sentinel II is a cylinder pressure gauge with integrated PASS warning device with visual/audible warnings. Data is recorded and stored within the Sentinel II including: time/date, cylinder pressure, breathing rate, alarm activation and thermal absorption temperature. The Lung Demand Valve (LDV) delivers in excess of 550 L/min. of air. This one-way airflow system is activated on the first breath--simply press a button for stand-by mode. Cross contamination is eliminated when connected to the Panorama Nova Facemask. Bacomm System Microphone mounts inside mask and serves as a platform for voice amplification, radio interface or both.
