Specifications: Manhole Guard Rail encloses a 33" square area, enough to straddle any standard-sized manhole, keeping unauthorized persons away. One-piece, fold-out retainer walls are made of 1" tubular steel with yellow powdercoat finish; two hooking chains complete the enclosure and allow protected access. Weighs 37 lbs. Guard Rail Tent attaches to all standard guard rails, extending 31" above the top rail for a total height of more than 6'. Polyester construction protects manholes from rain and weather. High-visibility reflective strip on the outside for safety. Includes storage bag. Economy Umbrella features a heavy-duty yellow vinyl top and two-part wooden pole. 68" dia. Collapses to 4' x 6".
