A 6-ft. level-off section on all 36-ft. models gives easy access to trailer end loads for safer loading and unloading. A beveled 15-in. treadplate lip extends into trailer or over dock to provide smooth transitions. A double acting hydraulic pump raises or lowers the ramp smoothly on two hydraulic cylinders. Dirt falls right off the self-cleaning steel traction grating, keeping trailers and docks cleaner and safer. Heavy-duty steel channel beams and formed box steel side framing are MIG welded with flux core wire, supporting either 16,000 or 20,000 lbs. The undercarriage wheel assembly is fabricated of heavy-gauge tubular box steel.
